How do you burn? Oh, spare me from excuses of how awesome your bed is! Every individual has their way of working out, like how I do my running routine. It wasn’t easy at first, but I kept myself inspired with the changes I have made in my body. Running can be sometimes boring for some, as they just do one move on the treadmill or the running track, but I never felt that way. Perhaps I already perfected the art of running with my hands shaking up, down and sideways. Meanwhile, the advantages I got were cool that I have my curves starting to fit with the hugging dress I kept for ages, and on top of that, I get the energy boost I have for the day! Awesome is not the most appropriate word – but fantastic! Speaking of the latter, it gives me the kick to start my day in a lot of ways. You’d surely get curious about how it worked, so I am going to share these things with you.
Fancy or Comfy wear?
I couldn’t imagine not wearing my office dress or formal attires all week at work. But when I started to adapt this running hobby, I became flexible in choosing with different attires that would look best with a sports wear. Still wondering how it worked? Even me still does. What I did was I bought sportswear that can I can use in office- so I chose the ones which look good with a coat of my undershirt or the dark ones, black and blue. Girl, it doesn’t look bad! In fact, I looked like a chick when I worked it with my black office skirt and topped with a coat. Perfect! So after work I just changed for sports leggings and headed my way onto the treadmill.
Burn and Boost it is!
My usual routine is every morning and sometime if schedule gets really tight, I do it after office hours. Well that’s how the mix and pick of sportswear got me in. Meanwhile, speaking of waking up early in the morning can be hassle for some. Yes it was when I was still adapting to the routine. But things got different when I realized how awesome it worked on my body. I felt so alive all day when I had 30mins running on the treadmill or in the park. The latter is my favorite as I come to breathe fresh air and be in touch with nature and see smiling people having the routine as well.
You better try these awesome things I got inclined with running. The routine is so cool you can feel the difference right after your first try. I could say it is one of the best way of burning fat as it is a form of cardio exercise, plus you will feel hyped after 15-30 minutes of running. Meanwhile, before you consider this daily routine, you have to get yourself some proper attire to make the exercise more dramatic as you get inspired by wearing and running with them. Choose the ones that best suit your needs and head onto the track the next day!
